ERROR LOADING DRIVER
- If you get error loading driver when trying to load our new Naxos external, please uninstall these files in updates. (shown in image)

OR

Delete C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp

And turn off fast startup

You may also need to uninstall any 24h2 updates

 

Error Disable Anti Virus/Firewall/Third party Virus
- Disable all anti virus and firewall. Disable virus on VPN's and 3rd party apps like Mcafee. IF ITS ALL TURNT OFF, ENSURE SECURE BOOT IS TURNT OFF IN BIOS.
- Go to system information, and check if secure boot state is enabled or disabled. If it is enabled, Google your pc manufacturer & how to launch bios / disable secure boot. This will fix the issue!

Error: initialize kernel features
-Uninstall windows updates or upgrade to win24h2

> If your esp/aim stops working, just restart and re inject.
